Pray for Peace on Earth

Animals require love and attention, even those that live in the wild. They live in animal kingdoms and communities in the most beautiful places in nature. And when left alone, they thrive.

But, when their habitats are invaded or their lands taken away, they suffer tremendously. We all feel that suffering as the animal kingdoms and communities are dismantled.

You see, we are one big ecosystem of energy, the one dependent on the other, and when that ecosystem of energy is tarnished, all those involved feel the pain. You may not live near the forest recently destroyed for human use, but you still feel the pain of those that inhabited it energetically thousands of miles away.

Don’t get me wrong, it is needed to use the natural resources on Earth for our survival. The problem comes when we take too much and we lose those vulnerable animals and species that inhabit the areas affected. They serve a purpose. They are beings on Earth exchanging with the Earth and each other and us.

The more we take from the Earth, the more we change its way. The more we change its way, the less there is for us to take. Eventually, we have less to use and the less we have to use the unhappier we become. It is a vicious cycle of take, take, take, without giving enough in return.

There are many fighting to change the way we do things on this planet and they are doing the best that they can. Then there are those that are too tired, too sick, or too uneducated to do their part. But know this, the ones that suffer the most are the ones most vulnerable of us all, those that live in the wildlife who don’t even contribute to the problem.

But there is a way that we can all continue to help the cause and its a way not easily accepted by all. We can pray. We can meditate and ask for guidance on how we, as individuals can help and how we can share this knowledge with others so that they can help too. We can pass forward this information and start a rippling effect of change.

It begins with you, the individual. It spreads to your family and your community and eventually around the world and the effects could even be universal. So, sit quietly and connect to the Earth and ask her how you can help. Start small. Listen to what comes to you and begin to implement these changes in your life. As you do, you’ll find that your family and friends follow suit. And one day, funny enough, you just might see the world community focussing on exactly what you consciously tuned into that day in meditation not so long ago.
