Vacation Time

Vacation time is near and we are all asked to rest, receive, recharge and relax.

Whether we are staying local or going away, it is our job to make sure that we disconnect from the busyness of life that we face daily.

Vacation is meant to give us the time and the space that we need to refuel and we are meant to do this several times throughout the year.  Skipping vacation is never a good idea because when you do, the lack of rest time usually catches up with you sooner or later.

So, the next time a vacation comes around, make the time to plan down time.  Mark it on your calendar to make sure that this occurs and make the appropriate plans needed to carry out your vacation to your liking.

Vacations are part of your wellness routine.  Don't skip even one vacation so that you remain well the entire year.
