Mixed heritage? Maybe you should eat a varied diet from both. Northern European? Why not pull from that diet? Southern European? Oh, the variety that you can choose from! From an Asian background? You know exactly where to find the inspiration there!
The closer you eat to your ancestral roots the better. But, don’t miss out on experimentation and travel and trying new cuisines. The spices and aromas of other cultures may just be what your soul needs from time to time.
