Water Element
Water is a healing element for many. Wading in water and walking by water can help the human body relax, heal and recharge and is considered an important part of our wellness.
Just the basic daily shower or bath helps us get ready for our days or evenings and attunes us to the routine of life.
While some people are attracted to water more than others, all of us understand its importance. Hydration is a basic human need for survival. But, many of us do not connect to the energy of water as much as others. That is because not everyone is supposed to connect to the energy of water like those that do.
Those water people can’t seem to exist without living near the water, or at least visiting often. They love pools and beaches and baths and aren’t as keen on hiking in mountains or exploring deserts. They do, but their real recharging places usually are closer to a water source.
And why, you may ask? Well, they just need the element of water more than others. You see, water has an energy that is felt by the human body and some people actually need it for their well being. It’s as simple as that. It’s a need.
So, the next time you hear that your friend is going to the beach yet again, remember her need. Or if you yourself dream of beaches constantly, remember your own. If you feel the call to be by the water, follow it. Much like we crave food or a recipe, our need to be by water should be filled for us to feel better.
